Please be punctual for your booked appointment as arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced or having to be rescheduled.

If you are running late please let us know prior to appointment so that we can try to accommodate you and not give up your time slot.

If you are unwell on the day of appointment please call and reschedule you appointment to a time you will be feeling better.
