Please note we do not refund for products purchased. We will offer a store credit or exchange if product is returned within 2 weeks, un-opened and in it’s original packaging.
As there is no guarantee with any procedures it is essential that the patient understands procedures are not an exact science. Every person is different and may react differently. Whatever the outcome, the service has been provided, and it is therefore not possible for East Coast Laser & Cosmedic or the consulting doctor/therapist to refund procedure fees. This is non-negotiable. ECL Cosmedic will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the patient requests, however no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any procedure performed.
East Coast Laser & Cosmedic Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all prepaid programs (whether these programs are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.
Prepaid programs will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 24 months from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
All treatments and services are not transferable to other treatments or other individuals.

While services remain suspended due to Government restrictions, refunds are not available. We will however happily extend any packages that may be due to expire.
