Please be punctual for your booked appointment as arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced. If you are running late please let us know so that we can try to accommodate you and not give up your time slot.
COVID-19 SAFE CLINIC PROCEDURES
Please note since our re-opening, we will be following safety guidelines and expect that all clients comply with the required procedures:
- No walk-ins will be accepted - Clients must call to schedule an appointment prior to visiting the clinic
- Only three clients will be allowed in the reception area at a time
- Please use hand sanitiser provided when entering and exiting the clinic
- Every client will be required to fill in a form of attendance (name, contact number and email must be provided) - This information will only be used for tracing procedures, should there be a need. Your information, visiting times and duration, will be kept in house and not shared with anyone
- Please maintain social distancing of 1.5m from other clients
- Attending your appointments alone as there will are restrictions as to how many clients will be allowed in the clinic at any one time
- No children will be permitted to attend with you to your appointment. If you can't come alone, please reschedule!
- Allocating time between appointments to clean and sanitise rooms and highly touched surfaces thoroughly
- We ask all clients to please run on time so there are no overlapping of treatments (appointments may be refused if you are late)
- There will be slight adjustments to our opening and closing hours while restrictions are in place
- We require all clients to check in via the Service NSW app upon arrival
- Furniture and floor stickers have been positioned in the clinic to help clients stay at least 1.5m apart – please follow these indicators when entering the clinic, as well as directions from our staff members.
